    • $20.00 entry fee per head at time of entry.
    • Animals must be on the fairgrounds June 25, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM for weigh-in.
    • Blankets must be removed from lamb before weighing.
    • Classes to be decided after weigh in • Not over 20 lambs per class.
    • Minimum Class premiums of $25.00 for 1st place, $20.00 for 2nd place, $15.00 for 3rd place and $10 for 4th place.
    • Animals will be released to go home immediately after show.
    • Use East livestock gate (gate 1) for show entrance. Gate admission is $7.00.
    • No one allowed in show ring during judging except judge, exhibitor and fair officials.
    • Lambs can be shown off the trailer.
    • Clean up your area before you leave.
    • If the animal was born after January 1, 2019, it must have official USDA sheep identification and be identified to the flock of birth either by an ear tag or tattoo placed by the owner of the flock of birth, or a tag or tattoo placed by the purchaser.

      • All photography must be 5” x 7”. All photos must be printed on photo paper. Do not matt or frame photo. Attach entry tag to back of photo in the lower right corner. All photos will be displayed by class.
      • The same photograph cannot be entered in more than one class.
      • All work must have been produced during the past two years, be the original work of the entrant and not shown at the Putnam County Fair before. • This is a family fair-any subject that is questionable or inappropriate will be accepted or rejected at the Superintendent’s discretion.
      • Photos digitally produced are acceptable, however they may not be enhanced or altered digitally using photo editing software effects and filters unless specified in class details. If a photo is found to be enhanced or altered digitally it will be disqualified

      • All exhibitors must purchase a membership or a season ticket.
      • One entry per class per exhibitor.
      • Entries close at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 10, 2022 – NO late entries will be accepted!
      • No entry may be used in more than one show per year.
      • Any non-professional grower in Putnam County may enter this contest. Open to other counties.
      • Accredited judges of the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs, Inc will judge entries using the Standard System of Judging. All decisions of judges will be final
      • With the exception of Division V, all flowers must be grown by the exhibitors.
      • Specimen containers must be clear glass.
      • All specimens should be marked with the name and variety. All arrangements should be marked on a 3” X 5” card as to name of flowers and type of material used.
      • Do not remove any foliage from horticulture entries-unless stated.
      • When schedule calls for definite number of blooms, a greater or lesser number disqualifies the entry.
      • Those interested in learning more about exhibiting and /or arranging are welcome to observe the oral judging
