Annual / Board Meeting
November 1, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Annual meeting starts at 7pm followed by monthly board meeting
Will be voting on the 2 proposed policy/constitution changes during the annual meeting. See Below
1 To be elected to a PCAS director’s position, any person interested must; have been a member of the PCAS for two years and have attended at least two meetings before they can apply for a board position. Note: this will not affect new members before 2025.
2 Individuals requesting to speak during the hearing of the public will receive 5 minutes for their presentation and if needing more time, they must receive approval from the board. Next, Guests are not to interrupt a board meeting, and guest proposals will be decided on either right away, during the new business, or at the next meeting. Also, when a committee needs time to decide on the proposal, that Committee will meet and have their decision by the next board meeting. Finally, any disruptive persons wave their rights to attend meetings and the board has the right to remove them.
